- Now one by one dip each marinated chicken piece in maida mixture then egg then Breadcrumbs an fry them on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes each side. (you can pack these chicken shots in zip lock bag before frying and after coating and store them in freezer for 8 to 10 days)
