- Prepare Cooked Rice 4 rice bowls
- Take 1 tablespoon Oil
- Make ready 500 g Chicken Thigh Fillets *cut into bite size pieces

- Get 6-8 Mushrooms *sliced
- Take Salt & Pepper
- Make ready 1 cup Tasty Cheese (Cheddar Cheese) *grated
- Get 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese *grated
- Prepare White Sauce:
- Make ready 50 g Butter
- Make ready 1/4 cup Plain Flour
- Get 2 1/2 cups Milk
- Take Salt & Pepper
Instructions to make Chicken Doria:
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- To make White Sauce, heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat until melted and foaming, add flour and cook stirring until mixture bubbles. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens.
- Heat Oil in a large frying pan, cook Chicken, Onion and Mushrooms until Chicken are cooked. Season with Salt & Pepper quite well, then add Cooked Rice and combine well. More Salt and Pepper if required.
- Slightly oil a large ovenproof dish, place the fried rice and pour the White Sauce over the rice. Sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
