Add tomatoes, water, sugar, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, celery seed, and oregano. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add flour and stir until mixture is slightly. In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil.

  2. Add all ingradient except black salt,black pepper,and cream.

  6. Tomato soup soup is ready.Garnishing with cream serve it.
