The ingredients needed to make Tomato Soup:
  1. Get 3-4 medium sized Tomato (washed, chopped)
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp corn flour

  6. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  7. Prepare 1 cup water

Add tomatoes, water, sugar, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, celery seed, and oregano. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add flour and stir until mixture is slightly. In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil.

Steps to make Tomato Soup:
  1. Melt the butter on medium flame add garlic and bay leaves saute for few seconds. Than add chopped tomatoes.
  2. Add salt, 1/2 cup water and cook with cover for 10 min. Than keep it to cool for 5-10 min. Than make a fine smooth paste of it into grinder.
  3. Now strain the Tomato paste with strainer. And keep the puree aside.. Now melt 1 tsp of butter into the pan on medium flame.
  4. Add cornflour and saute till the rawness goes away and change the colour. Than add the strained puree into it and cook 2-3 min. Add 1/2 cup of more water. Than add crushed black pepper and sugar mix it well.
  5. Now add 2 tbsp of fresh cream mix it well.switch off the flame and transfer it into serving bowl.
  6. Garnish it with cream and coriander leaf and some croutons. Serve it hot.

Add flour and stir until mixture is slightly. In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and tomato paste and cook until garlic is fragrant and tomato paste has darkened,. Slice and chop the tomatoes and place in a bowl. Add the butter, and when it melts into oil, add Vidalia onions and season with salt and pepper.
