  2. Make the puree of broccoli in a mixi jar by adding little water.Transfer the puree in a bowl. In a pan Heat butter,add chopped onion,Saute it till soft.Add bay leaves,and refind flour.Roast it for1 min.
  3. Add milk and 1 Cup water to make thin consistency.let it boil for 2_3 minutes.strain it.Heat it in a pan.Add broccoli puree in the milk mixture.After adding puree do not boil it for long as it's beautiful green colour will fade.
  4. Add salt and Black pepper powder.mix well.off the flame.soup is ready.chop thin slices of blanched almonds,roast the slices in a nonstick pan on low flame.while serving soup,add toasted almond slices in the serving bowl first,then Pour the soup.Garnish with Almond slices on top and serve hot.
