  4. Switch off the flame. Transfer the soup to bowls, garnish with fresh cream.

Add tomatoes, basil, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper. Add flour, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, and Indian chili powder. Combine broth and tomatoes in a medium saucepan over moderate heat. When soup bubbles, stir in heavy cream and reduce heat to low. Return soup to a clean pot and set over low heat.
